Trinity Group Sdn Bhd, in partnership with Singapore-based Oxley Holdings Ltd, has launched Trinity Sensoria, a RM568 million condominium project in Beverly Heights, Ampang. Spread across 6.1 acres, the development includes one 29-storey tower and two 24-storey towers, offering 737 units with layouts from three to 5+1 bedrooms and prices starting at RM608,000. Completion is expected by 2028.
The five-tier protection system at Trinity Sensoria incorporates contactless technology, wellness designs, physical wellness facilities, social spaces, and mental wellness amenities. Facilities include an infinity pool, pickleball courts, edible garden, Himalayan salt sauna, hydrotherapy pods, gym, and outdoor cinema.
Trinity Sensoria also features the Gold Assurance Programme, extending the defects liability period (DLP) to 36 months and offering extended warranties on basic finishes, such as a 10-year warranty for roof leaks and a five-year warranty for tile popping.
Located near shopping centers like Melawati Mall and schools such as Fairview International School, the project is accessible via Middle Ring Road 2, AKLEH, and DUKE highways and is close to the Sri Rampai LRT station.
