KUALA LUMPUR, March 10 (Bernama) -- Bursa Malaysia rebounded to end higher today with the benchmark FBM KLCI reclaiming the 1,700 psychological level, supported by improved global sentiment after US President Donald Trump signalled a potential de-escalation of the Iran conflict, alongside Malaysia’s stronger Industrial Production Index (IPI) data. At 5 pm, the FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) increased 27.51 points, or 1.64 per cent, to 1,701.68 from yesterday’s close of 1,674.17. The benchmark index opened 10.68 points higher at 1,684.85, its lowest point today, and hit a high of 1,703.61 in the late afternoon session. Market breadth was positive, with gainers thumping losers 929 to 382. A total of 361 counters were unchanged, 982 untraded and 19 suspended. Turnover declined to 3.60 billion units worth RM3.75 billion from yesterday’s 5.52 billion units worth RM5.87 billion.

- Genetech Technology Bhd：下跌2.6%至RM1.14，成交量2.18亿股，为最活跃股票。
- Notion VTech Bhd：下跌0.83%至RM1.19，成交量1.81亿股。
- Globetronics Technology Bhd：下跌3.4%至57仙，成交量6581万股。
- JCY International Bhd：下跌2.5%至39.5仙，成交量5310万股。
- Microlink Solutions Bhd：大跌17.4%至9.5仙。
- Inari Amertron Bhd：下滑1.35%至RM2.93。
主要下跌股：
- Malaysian Pacific Industries Bhd：下跌0.58%至RM23.86。
逆市上涨股：
- Cuscapi Bhd：逆势上涨5.4%至19.5仙，成交量556万股，显示在整体疲软行情中的孤立涨幅。
市场前景
投资者在感恩节假期临近前保持谨慎情绪，美国市场周五将缩短交易时间，这进一步抑制了市场交投活动。在国内，科技板块的弱势表现表明投资者对全球利率政策走向的敏感性持续存在。
