Cuckoo International (MAL) Bhd is delaying its much-anticipated debut on Bursa Malaysia due to current global market volatility.
Originally scheduled to list on April 30, the company now plans to go public on June 24, it announced in a statement on Wednesday.
The IPO application period remains open, with a new closing date set for June 5.
Cuckoo cited the recent market rout, triggered by escalating global trade tensions and investor uncertainty, as the main reason for the deferment.s
