KTI Landmark Bhd, a newly listed construction firm, announced a RM49.99 million sub-contract win for the Armed Forces Family Housing (RKAT) project at Labuan Air Base. The 14-month contract, awarded by Jawat Johan Sdn Bhd, begins on Nov 25.
This is KTI’s second RKAT-related project, adding to a previous contract for the RKAT Kem Lok Kawi project awarded in February 2024. With this latest award, KTI’s total contract sum for 2024 has reached RM214.37 million. The new project is expected to enhance KTI’s revenue and earnings during its tenure.
KTI's stock closed unchanged at 31 sen, with a market cap of RM248 million, up 3.3% from its listing price of 30 sen in June.
